Our firearms licensing feedback survey asks for information from BASC members and the wider shooting sector on the service provided for grants, renewals and variations.Â
The survey is open to all and takes just a few minutes to complete. We have also included a space for you to share in more detail your experiences – good or bad – with your local police firearms licensing team.
All information gathered as part of the survey will be kept confidential, with all data generated used anonymously. Â
The findings from the survey will be used to inform our work to improve the service provided by police forces to firearms owners and grant applicants, including in the wake of the government’s announcement on licensing fee increases.
