After a hiatus of several years, BASC’s National Wildfowling Conference returns with an exciting agenda packed with informative talks and invaluable networking opportunities. Tickets are on sale now for the event, which takes place on Saturday 29 March 2025 at the Crowne Plaza, Birmingham NEC.
The conference offers the chance for the wildfowling community to get together, share knowledge, and reignite their passion for a form of shooting we cherished.Â
Speakers on the day will discuss the hottest topics and cover sustainable practices and offer their views on how we secure the future of wildfowl harvests for years to come. Delegates will gain practical knowledge of into how they can personally contribute to conservation efforts while responsibly enjoying the fruits of their labou
The conference will cover a wide range of topics relevant to wildfowlers of all levels of experience. Talks will cover a range of subjects, from sustainable harvest principles to navigating environmental and regulatory challenges. All are designed to equip attendees with useful insight while providing the opportunity to chat with the foremost thinkers in wildfowl harvest and conservation.Â

Making a welcome return, the conference represents a unique opportunity for wildfowling enthusiasts from around the UK to gather under one roof. It’s the chance to reconnect with fellow ‘fowlers, whether you are new to the sport or an old hand, exchange views and gain fresh inspiration from industry leaders.
The Crowne Plaza Birmingham, NEC, offers the perfect location with excellent transport links. The NEC is one of the most accessible places in the country, connected by major motorways, including the M6, M42, and M40. Plus, Birmingham International Airport and railway station provide additional convenience if you’re looking for an alternative to driving.
Conference tickets cost just £40.00 for BASC members and £100.00 for non-members. Your ticket includes tea and coffee on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments breaks, and a buffet-style lunch. Parking is onsite and free.
Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Ticket sales will close on Sunday 16 February 2025.
